Kel’s Kitchen was born out of a love of cooking for others and sharing my love of food with the people around me. When I am in the kitchen I am completely in my element. From as early as I can remember I loved anything to do with food…I would devour cookbooks and envision cooking the recipe, step by step. I was surrounded by parents and siblings that shared my love of cooking and learned my way around a kitchen at a young age.
After a ten years in Footwear design I decided to pursue my one true passion in life; making people happy through food.
I am now working as a personal chef, which allows me to share my love of food with others while simplifying their lives.
“When you acknowledge, as you must, that there is no such thing as perfect food, only the idea of it, then the real purpose of striving toward perfection becomes clear: to make people happy, that is what cooking is all about.”
– Thomas Keller, The French Laundry Cookbook
